The limiting factor in AI is no longer model quality.
It’s access to compute.
Every stage depends on it:
• training
• iteration
• inference
When compute is constrained, progress slows.
When it’s expensive, deployment narrows.
When it’s unreliable, systems break.
The difference isn’t who builds better models.
It’s who can actually run them at scale.
